Ezekiel 16:38-40

³⁸ So I will ^(A)judge you as women who commit adultery or shed blood are judged; and I will bring on you the blood of ^(B)wrath and jealousy. ³⁹ I will also hand you over to ^[a]your lovers, and they will tear down your shrines, demolish your high places, ^(C)strip you of your clothing, take away your ^[b]jewels, and will leave you naked and bare. ⁴⁰ They will ^[c]incite a ^(D)crowd against you, and they will stone you and cut you to pieces with their swords.
